Kitchen Staff - Subs and Sandwiches

Join the Dough Boys Team We're looking for someone reliable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented to join our kitchen team making subs, sandwiches, and helping with daily food prep. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with food, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a busy restaurant environment. Responsibilities Prepare subs, sandwiches, and other menu items to recipe standards Slice meats, cheeses, vegetables, and prep ingredients for service Portion and organize ingredients for efficiency during rushes Maintain clean and organized prep stations Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with stocking, receiving deliveries, and kitchen cleanup Support the kitchen team during busy periods and help wherever needed Qualifications Restaurant, deli, sandwich shop, or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right person) Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality Strong attention to detail and consistency Team-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Availability for weekends and evenings is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Flexible scheduling Employee meals / discounts Growth opportunities in a locally owned restaurant Fast-paced and supportive work environment Apply today and come help us make great food and take care of our guests!
