PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in basic food preparation and cooking as assigned. Support kitchen operations to ensure food quality and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas at all times. Learn proper use of kitchen equipment and ingredients. Assist senior chefs in daily tasks, including A La Carte and buffet setup. Follow instructions and be open to feedback for improvement. Attend briefings and training sessions. Perform other duties as assigned.
REPORT LINE & COMMUNICATION
Report to Chef de Partie / Supervisor. Maintain good teamwork with kitchen and other departments. OTHERS Participate in training and development (IDP). Support team operations as required.

Represent the brand and maintain food quality and service standards.

Maintain confidentiality of hotel and operational information.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currently studying in Bachelor's degree (any field, culinary is a plus). Basic knowledge or strong interest in cooking and kitchen operations. Basic English communication. Willing to learn, positive attitude, and good teamwork. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
