Reliability:

Must show up on time, in uniform, and ready to work. No excessive call-outs or late arrivals. We run a tight, supportive team — every shift counts. ✔

Cross-Trained & Flexible:

You will be trained on every station: grill, fryer, register, expo, prep, shakes/dessert, and cleaning. We value team players who are willing to jump into any position as needed — no task is "not my job." Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods of time, and shift between roles as business demands. ✔

Guest-First Attitude:

SMILE, greet, and serve every guest like they're your FAMILY Keep dining, kitchen, and work areas clean, organized, and stocked. Handle food and equipment safely and follow company procedures with pride. ✔
