We are currently hiring for a Front & Back of House Team Member at our Farragut, Tennessee location. We are looking for energetic, dependable, and hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and want to be part of a fun, growing team. Position Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide a positive, welcoming guest experience Take customer orders accurately using our Toast POS system Box doughnut and food orders neatly and efficiently Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based beverages Assist with breakfast items, food prep, and basic doughnut preparation Support back of house production including prepping, frying, glazing, and stocking Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, coffee bar, kitchen, and dining areas Restock products and supplies throughout the shift Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently

Scheduling Requirements:

We are primarily looking for team members with full-time availability who can work a range of shifts, including: 5:30 AM

• 12:30 PM 6:30 AM
• 12:30 PM 12:30 PM
• 6:30 PM As well as other shifts and scheduling needs in between Candidates must be flexible and dependable with scheduling, and weekend availability is required, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday .

Age Requirements:

Applicants for barista and back of house responsibilities must be 18 years or older due to food safety responsibilities, kitchen equipment, and commercial espresso machine operation Applicants ages 16 and older may be considered for select cashier and customer service responsibilities depending on availability and role fit

Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Attention to cleanliness, presentation, and detail Previous customer service, restaurant, café, coffee shop, or food service experience is preferred Barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

Leadership Growth Opportunity:

We are hiring with growth in mind. This role is designed for team members who want to do more than just clock in and out. We are looking for people who want to grow into a Team Lead or Shift Lead role over time and help lead the store with energy, accountability, and consistency. Candidates with previous shift manager, team lead, or other leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as that experience may help fast track the right person into a future Shift Lead position if they are interested. That said, leadership experience is not required for this role. We are equally open to hiring someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow into leadership with us. Pay:

• 15 per hour Base pay starts at $10/hour , and tips typically add an additional $3
• 4/hour , bringing average hourly earnings closer to $13
