Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and assisting guests with their selections Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy in sales and change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Support food industry best practices by managing food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Assist in food preparation tasks in the kitchen or café area to ensure timely service during busy hours Proven experience in food preparation or working in quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance sales opportunities Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is highly advantageous for success in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly service while honing your culinary skills.
