Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available About Us We are a Vietnamese café serving authentic Vietnamese coffee , fresh-made food, and healthy, light meal options in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Our kitchen is simple and prep-focused — not a heavy cooking kitchen. About the Role This position is mainly prep and assembly work , not heavy cooking.Most of the work includes:
prepping fresh vegetables preparing marinated proteins light food assembly (sandwiches, salads, bowls) light flat top grill cooking (simple breakfast items and protein cooking only) This is a great role for someone who enjoys organized, clean prep work and working with fresh, healthy ingredients. Responsibilities Prep vegetables and fresh ingredients Prepare and portion marinated proteins Use basic kitchen prep equipment for slicing, chopping, and portioning Assemble sandwiches, salads, and light menu items Light flat top grill cooking (simple breakfast items and protein cooking only) Maintain clean and organized prep and service areas Follow food safety and sanitation standards Restock ingredients and prep stations Support smooth daily kitchen flow (opening & closing tasks) What We're Looking For Prior kitchen or prep experience preferred (not required) Comfortable working with fresh ingredients and marinated proteins Ability to follow instructions and stay organized Fast, clean, and detail-oriented work style Reliable, punctual, and team player attitude Willingness to learn and grow in a kitchen environment, including exposure to another cuisine, cultural cooking styles, and expanding culinary knowledge Schedule Requirements Shifts available morning, afternoon, and evening Weekend availability required Flexible scheduling availableWhat We Offer Pay:
