Duties Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes Handle food safely by following proper sanitation and storage procedures in accordance with food safety standards Support the serving staff by bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions Maintain kitchen cleanliness through regular cleaning duties, including dishwashing and equipment sanitation Support banquet events by preparing ingredients and assisting with event setups as needed Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure guest satisfaction in a lively environment Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
