Pastry Assistant

Position Summary As a Pastry Assistant, you will be responsible for executing and providing standard pastry items. In this role, you will help make ice creams, doughs, and other pastries according to pre-established recipes.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Preparing a variety of goods including ice creams, doughs, and other pastries to the company standard Monitor supplies and ingredients necessary for daily operations Maintain a clean workstation Decorate pastries in a consistent style Follow plating and display standards Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): 2 years of working in a pastry setting High School diploma or equivalent Basic math skills Attention to detail Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively Strong verbal communication skills required Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
