to process orders efficiently. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, upselling menu items, and addressing questions or concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with food handling duties including bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the dining area remains inviting. Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety standards. Support team members in various roles within the restaurant or café environment to ensure smooth operations during late-night shifts. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Fryer experience required. Sushi plating experience a bonus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Experience with food preparation, bussing, cashiering, or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
