Job Overview Join our Airi Ramen team as a Kitchen Staff member, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help deliver exceptional dining experiences. Duties Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality standards are met Support cooking processes by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations Serve guests by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Contribute to banquet setups and catering events by preparing ingredients and assisting with presentation Maintain a clean kitchen environment through regular cleaning, sanitizing surfaces, and proper waste disposal Support guest services by responding promptly to customer needs with professionalism and courtesy Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Experience with food preparation, cooking, serving, or bussing in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with guests Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably Previous banquet or hotel culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory A passion for delivering excellent guest services within a hospitality-focused environment Join us in creating memorable dining experiences through teamwork, energy, and a commitment to excellence!
