As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the quality and safety of our food products. Average $1-2/hour Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to every shift Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process customer transactions efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Answer phones and complete delivery tickets Preparing and serving ordered ice cream Operating the cash register and handling money/credit cards/gift cards Stocking product Experience Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary experience is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Experience with customer service roles, particularly in the food industry or retail settings, is highly valued.
