Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Take accurate orders ensuring quick and efficient service Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining high quality and presentation Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and perform cashiering duties with integrity Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food handling, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations during busy periods Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours while upholding quality standards Skills Proven experience in food preparation and food service within quick service or fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations for transactions and retail math tasks Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in cashiering, upselling, serving, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations is preferred Background in culinary arts or restaurant experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us today to be part of a team that values enthusiasm, dedication, and excellence!
