Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety standards. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Brink POS to process orders accurately and swiftly. Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring the restaurant remains tidy and inviting for guests. Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment for everyone. Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Familiarity with quick service or fast food restaurant operations is a plus. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order accuracy are important. Experience with POS systems such as Brink POS is advantageous but training will be provided. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Background in customer service roles within restaurants, cafes, retail stores or grocery environments will help you excel. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple responsibilities with energy and positivity.
