As a Front of House (FOH) PM Team Member, you will: Be our welcoming committee: We count on you to make sure all of our guestsfamilies, friends, vendors, health inspectors and third-party deliverersfeel welcome in our restaurant. Its up to you to make them smile and give them the best possible experience while taking care of their orders quickly and accurately. Work efficiently with your teammates: Being a great team member means staying on top of your own responsibilities while looking for ways to support your teammates, whether that means assisting with the drive-thru or bagging orders. It also means following our systems so that we can keep things moving efficiently and consistently communicating so that were always on the same page. Requirements Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have a source of reliable transportation and commit to arriving on time for your assigned shifts Works outside in hot and cold elements, noisy and fast paced environment Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required Must have at least a basic ability to read and communicate in English. Bilingual candidates, especially those who also speak Spanish, are preferred Be available to work on Saturdays and extended hours during holidays Be able to lift 50 lbs.
