As a Breader, you play a key role in preparing Chick-fil-A's signature hand-breaded chicken to the highest quality and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest service with a positive attitude and teamwork mindset Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant Assist guests or support kitchen operations as assigned Prepare and maintain Chick-fil-A's signature hand-breaded chicken products (Breader role) Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures Maintain accuracy, speed, and consistency during high-volume periods Stock, rotate, and organize food products and kitchen supplies Support both Front of House and Back of House teams as needed Work collaboratively with team members during busy airport operations Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and appearance guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous customer service or kitchen experience is a plus but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and procedures consistently Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10-25 pounds regularly Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays What We're Looking For Consistency and reliability Strong work ethic and positive attitude Passion for serving others and producing high-quality food Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure Team-first mindset and willingness to help wherever needed Commitment to Chick-fil-A's culture of service, excellence, and respect Join our team and gain valuable experience, leadership development, and opportunities for growth while serving millions of travelers at one of the world's busiest airports.
