Duties Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their experience Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown to ensure seamless execution Manage guest inquiries, resolve conflicts efficiently, and maintain a positive environment Handle cash transactions accurately during food service or merchandise sales Support safety protocols by acting as a lifeguard or supervising designated activity areas when needed Engage with guests of all ages, including children, to ensure their comfort and enjoyment Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the venue to uphold high standards of hospitality Skills Strong background in events management and guest services with a proactive approach Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations gracefully Outstanding customer service abilities with a friendly and approachable demeanor Experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Lifeguard experience or certification is highly desirable for safety oversight roles Comfortable working with children and engaging in public speaking or group activities Knowledge of theater or entertainment settings adds value for supporting performances or shows This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to thrive in a lively environment while honing their skills in hospitality, public engagement, and event coordination.
