Full Job Description Description:
We are looking for an experienced, cooking and food preparation customer service team member. The ideal candidate is a one who is looking to learn how to work hard to create a better life for themselves. One who will join the team to train and learn our systems. Pay will increase dependent upon individual contributions and performance. On-site parking for customers and employees in the garage of the building.
Manager Duties:
Responsible for set-up, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and production of food and beverage orders, as well as closing and storage for individual workstation and general kitchen area. Following sanitation standards including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day. Cleaning equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion according to sanitation guidelines. Supervising day-to-day operations of customer service aspects of the business. Responding to customer service needs in a timely manner. Managing effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards. Managing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis. Assessing service statistics and presenting your findings. Training team on customer service standards and policies. Following recipes accurately and maintaining food preparation processes such as cooking, marinating, seasoning, and grilling meats; chopping herbs; dicing, cutting, and slicing vegetables. Completing hot and cold food preparation assignment accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion. Preparing food throughout the day as needed, anticipating and reacting to customer volume. Maintaining appropriate portion control and consistently monitoring food levels on the line. Maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food. Consistently and accurately using prep sheets, operational tools, cleanliness list, and station checklists.
