JOB SUMMARY
Cafe Team Members are responsible for providing fast, friendly, and efficient service to guests at the 11Max Indoor Fun Park. This role includes working in the kitchen and service areas, operating the cash register, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all guests. Team members must work with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent guest service, food quality, and safety standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent guest service and create a positive experience for every visitor Take orders, operate the register, and process transactions accurately Offer menu suggestions and upsell items to enhance the guest experience Maintain proper stock levels of food, supplies, and beverages Prepare and serve food items such as pizza, chicken, nachos, fries, candy, and ICEEs Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations Maintain clean and organized kitchen, service, and dining areas Wash dishes, clear tables, take out trash, and restock supplies as needed Properly store and rotate food items following established procedures Address basic guest concerns and communicate feedback to management Follow all company policies, procedures, and training guidelines Support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous food service or quick-service restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, handling cash transactions) Food handler certification (such as ServSafe) preferred or willingness to obtain
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests of all ages Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take direction Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Maintains a high standard of personal conduct and professionalism
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Stand and move for extended periods of time Work in a loud, fast-paced environment Lift and carry up to 30 lbs
