Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to maximize sales. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and behind the counter following food safety protocols. Assist with food handling duties such as bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Support the team with kitchen tasks like food prep, stocking ingredients, and ensuring quick service during busy hours. Requirements Prior experience in food preparation or food service environments preferred; experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong culinary background with knowledge of food handling safety standards. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Proven ability in sales techniques including upselling to enhance customer experience and increase revenue. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of sanitation and customer service.
