Company Respect Yourself Summary of Position:

As part of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature bagel sandwiches and complementary menu items, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards for quality and presentation. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, collaborating with your team to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of bagel sandwiches and accompanying items, following established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas throughout the shift. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Set up and break down work stations before and after shifts, ensuring all tools and equipment are clean and stored properly. Communicate with the Kitchen Supervisor about inventory needs and any potential shortages. Participate in daily prep work, including selecting, cleaning, and preparing ingredients. Ensure timely delivery of hot food items to meet guest expectations. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment. Provide exceptional service to guests and uphold the values of Sclafani's Bagels.
