We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Food Prep Worker to assist in daily kitchen operations. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, washing and cutting vegetables, portioning meats, preparing sauces and other menu items, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, stocking supplies, and assisting cooks as needed. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, follows food safety guidelines, and has strong teamwork and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards Wash, peel, chop, and portion food items Maintain clean and organized prep stations Label and store food properly Assist with inventory and restocking supplies Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Support kitchen staff during busy service hours
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Food Handler Certification required; certification must be obtained within 2 weeks of employment

Weekends and evenings may be required
