We are hiring part-time Kitchen Team Members who take pride in their work, move with urgency, and care about doing things the right way.

What You'll Do:

Execute Food with Quality & Consistency Prepare menu items (waffles, tacos, breakfast plates, etc.) to recipe standards Plate food cleanly and consistently Ensure orders are accurate and ready on time Work with Speed & Focus Keep up with ticket flow during busy periods Stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively Maintain composure under pressure Maintain a Clean & Safe Kitchen Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Maintain proper handwashing, glove use, and hygiene practices Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized at all times Be a Strong Teammate Communicate clearly with front-of-house and bar team Support others during rushes Bring a positive, team-first attitude to every shift Stay Prepared & Reliable Show up on time and ready to work Complete prep, cleaning, and closing tasks thoroughly Follow direction and be coachable

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to move quickly while maintaining quality Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment Willingness to learn (experience is a plus, but not required) Positive attitude and ability to take feedback well

Availability Requirements:

This is a part-time role Must be available to work weekends including occasional Sunday mornings Flexible availability during peak hours (mornings, lunch rush) preferred Reports to:

Kitchen Lead Training & Growth:

We provide hands-on training including: Food prep and execution Kitchen workflow and efficiency Food safety and sanitation standards There are opportunities to grow into Kitchen Lead or cross-train in other roles over time.

Probationary Period:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
