This role supports daily food service operations while ensuring food quality, safety, and efficiency in a high-volume entertainment environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Food Preparation & Service Prepare and cook menu items according to Bolder Adventure Park recipes and standards. Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards. Assist with stocking, prepping, and organizing ingredients and kitchen supplies. Ensure all food orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with front-of-house team members regarding order timing and guest needs. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Kitchen Operations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, prep areas, storage areas, and workstations. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed. Monitor inventory levels and notify leadership of low-stock items. Properly label, date, and store food products following company procedures. Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries. Guest Experience Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members. Support the overall guest experience by ensuring food quality and efficient service. Assist during parties, events, and peak operational periods as needed. Safety & Compliance Follow all health department regulations and company safety procedures. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Maintain compliance with opening, closing, and cleaning checklists. Immediately report maintenance or safety concerns to leadership. Qualifications Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and directions accurately. Food Handler Certification preferred or required based on local regulations. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in hot, fast-paced kitchen environments. Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and walking. Availability Requirements Must be available to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and peak business periods. Flexible scheduling based on park operations and special events. Work Environment Indoor kitchen and food service environment. Exposure to heat, kitchen equipment, and cleaning chemicals. Fast-paced entertainment and hospitality setting.
