Job Description

Tiny Champions, a busy restaurant on Houston's East side, is hiring a part time AM prep cook to join our prep crew!

We make all of our food from scratch, use fermentation to build flavor and depth, and change the menu often to reflect the season and our own creative pursuits. We have a tight kitchen that operates as a true team
  • we all help each other out and operate as a unit.
AM prep position is responsible for making pasta, stocks and braises, starting and maintaining ferments, butchery, and sausage making (and a lot more). Shifts are from 6am-2pm.
