In this energetic role, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the front of house, ensuring that every dish is presented beautifully, accurately, and promptly. Your dedication to food quality, safety, and exceptional customer service will help create memorable dining experiences. Whether coordinating with chefs or assisting servers, your proactive approach will keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Duties Coordinate food presentation and delivery from the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service Assist with food preparation tasks, including plating, garnishing, and portioning to meet quality standards Support kitchen staff by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures at all times Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to relay special requests or dietary needs Help manage banquet or large event setups by organizing food stations and ensuring smooth flow of service Maintain a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health and safety guidelines Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations Experience with banquet service or event catering is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate efficiently with team members Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
