Duties Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently, following established recipes and portion guidelines Handle food with care, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene practices at all times Cook ingredients using various techniques, including grilling, frying, and baking to meet quality standards Assist with meal preparation and plating to ensure timely service during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies Follow food handling protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safe food storage Support catering orders and special event setups when required Serve customers at the counter or drive-thru with enthusiasm and professionalism Experience Previous experience in a fast food restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus Knowledge of menu planning and food preparation techniques is advantageous Strong knife skills and experience with meal preparation are beneficial Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential Experience in cooking, food service, or kitchen operations will help you excel in this role Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quick, quality meals with energy and precision.
