This role is responsible for food preparation, food safety compliance, customer service, stocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the truck and work areas. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well as part of a team, and is committed to providing Five-Star service to every customer. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with food service experience looking to grow their skills in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:

Assemble food products quickly, accurately, and according to company standards Monitor food quality, portion control, and food safety throughout service Load, stock, and replenish food, condiments, utensils, and supplies for scheduled events Serve customers efficiently while providing friendly and professional service Clean and maintain the food truck, equipment, kitchen areas, and workstations

Qualifications and Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a food service environment preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food service operations
