Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain food safety compliance. Support cooking activities by following instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors. Serve food efficiently at the counter or buffet stations, providing friendly guest service. Operate POS systems such as Toast for order processing and transactions. Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with general cleaning duties to keep the dining area tidy and welcoming. Support banquet events by setting up serving stations, replenishing supplies, and ensuring smooth service flow. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and excellent guest experiences. Follow all food safety protocols and hygiene standards diligently to uphold health regulations. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards is highly desirable. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions. Experience with POS systems such as Toast POS. Prior kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and hospitality standards. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
