Duties Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation to ensure timely service Support cooking processes by following recipes and safety guidelines Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices Serve food to guests efficiently and courteously, maintaining excellent customer service standards Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payments Support banquet events by setting up and serving food in accordance with event requirements Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key! Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations Experience with serving, bussing, or working in banquet settings is a plus Ability to operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS effectively Strong communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests Kitchen experience or culinary background highly desirable; hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage Demonstrated commitment to guest services and hospitality excellence Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join us in creating exceptional dining experiences where every team member plays a crucial role!
