We specialize in authentic Turkish cuisine, served in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests with a positive, professional attitude Present menu items knowledgeably and take accurate food and beverage orders Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner Prepare and plate menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards (kitchen roles) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and kitchen areas Process payments using a point-of-sale system and handle cash accurately Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning Work collaboratively with front-of-house and back-of-house team members to ensure a smooth guest experience

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a full-service restaurant, fast-casual dining, or hospitality environment is a plus but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for handling transactions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays Passion for food and cultural cuisine is highly valued

Work Environment:
