Sushi & Kitchen Helper - Koi Houston Koi Houston is looking for a dedicated and energetic Sushi & Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities Culinary Support:

Assist our Sushi Chefs and Lead Cooks with daily prep work, including vegetables, sauces, and seafood. Make orders of Sushi Rolls and Appetizers.

Station Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in accordance with food safety standards.

Efficiency:

Help manage kitchen flow during busy lunch and dinner shifts to ensure timely service.

Team Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain a seamless operation.

Qualifications Experience:

At least one year of experience in a sushi rolls

Skills:

Basic knife skills and a fundamental understanding of food safety and hygiene.

Attributes:

A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.

Reliability:

Punctuality and a commitment to your scheduled shifts are essential.

Availability:
