Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food handling procedures meet health regulations Assist with food safety practices, including proper storage, temperature control, and food handling techniques Support quick service operations by managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Engage in basic math calculations for sales transactions, change handling, and inventory management Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering top-notch food experiences!
