Summary We are seeking a dedicated Food Preparation Worker to join our team at KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing ingredients and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly, contributing to our mission of providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and chop ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and seafood according to recipes and standards. Assist in meal preparation for both hot pot and Korean BBQ dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage practices. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure high standards of hygiene and sanitation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels of ingredients. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred. Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
