Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Operate cash registers, handle cash and card transactions, and give correct change with precision. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the restaurant meets sanitation standards. Assist in food handling, packaging, and serving orders promptly to minimize wait times. Support team members with food preparation, stocking supplies, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and sales transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
