Duties Assist in food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines Support cooking activities by following instructions from chefs or kitchen managers to deliver quality meals efficiently Handle food handling responsibilities safely, including proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients Serve guests by delivering food promptly and courteously, supporting overall guest satisfaction Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting dining areas to maintain a clean environment Requirements Bilingual Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is essential Experience with food preparation, cooking, serving, or banquet catering is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and guest services.
