The Role:

As our Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee all back-of-house operations and play a key role in our launch.

Your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and managing BOH staff to ensure smooth daily operationsConducting weekly inventory counts and tracking food costsMonitoring labor costs to maintain profitability while supporting team needsMaintaining food quality standards and kitchen safety protocolsTraining and mentoring kitchen staffCollaborating with ownership to optimize kitchen efficiencyThis is a full-time position with a work schedule of 40-45 hours per week.
