This role assists Front of House and Back of House operations to ensure smooth service, excellent guest experience, cleanliness, and strong team support during busy shifts. The ideal candidate is dependable, positive, fast-paced, and willing to help wherever needed. Key ResponsibilitiesFront of House Support Assist hosts with greeting and seating guests Help servers with food running, table maintenance, and guest requests Support bussers with table cleaning and dining room organization Refill drinks, condiments, and service stations Maintain cleanliness of dining room, patio, and restroom areas Back of House Support Assist kitchen team with basic prep work and organization Restock supplies and ingredients throughout shifts Support dishwashing and sanitation when needed Help maintain clean and safe kitchen work areas General Duties Float between positions based on operational needs Support opening, shift change, and closing duties Follow food safety and sanitation standards Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance Work as a team player to support overall restaurant success Qualifications Restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Weekend and holiday availability preferred Ideal Candidate Traits Flexible and adaptable Team-oriented Strong communication skills Quick learner High energy and guest-focused mindset Schedule & Availability Part-time or Full-time available Must be available for mornings, weekends, and peak brunch hours Compensation Hourly pay based on experience Growth opportunities available within the company
