This is a hands-on hospitality position that includes dishwashing, light kitchen prep/cooking assistance, barback support, and bussing duties. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good energy, and the ability to move fast in a high-volume nightlife/lounge environment. Duties Assist with food preparation and meal assembly to support chefs and kitchen staff Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures Prepare ingredients using basic knife skills, ensuring precision and safety Support catering events by organizing ingredients and assisting with service setup Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs Assist bartenders with polishing glassware Bussing our tables and taking away dirty dishes Requirements Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food handling practices Familiarity with knife skills and food preparation methods Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation protocols Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new culinary skills Prior experience in catering or the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on an exciting culinary journey with us!
