Duties Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude, providing excellent service from order taking to food delivery Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and cleanliness Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the dining area is inviting and sanitary Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety standards Follow all food safety protocols, including proper sanitation practices and safe food handling procedures Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in culinary roles or kitchen environments enhances your ability to prepare food efficiently and safely Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures is highly desirable Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail setting demonstrates versatility in fast-paced environments Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional food experiences!
