DutiesPrepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standardsOperate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accuratelyProvide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfactionHandle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for changeMaintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning work stations, and ensuring food safety protocols are followedAssist in food preparation tasks, including slicing, packaging, and assembling ingredients for quick serviceSupport food industry standards by practicing proper food handling and sanitation proceduresContribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with coworkers and supporting restaurant operations during busy periodsManage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours and maintain high-quality standards throughout your shiftRequirementsPrevious experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory training will be provided!
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitudeBasic math skills for cash handling and retail math applicationsKnowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not required training will be provided!
Ability to stand for extended periods, walk quickly between stations, and lift moderate loads as neededCommitment to food safety standards and sanitation practices in all tasksExcellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during busy hoursWillingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, cashiering, and restaurant operationsPrevious experience working in a caf or retail grocery store is advantageous but not essentialJoin us today and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering great food and memorable experiences!
