Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting in meal preparation for our guests. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist with meal preparation and ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage areas. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in catering events as needed, providing support in food setup and presentation. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices, meal preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment is beneficial. A background in culinary arts or catering can enhance your application but is not mandatory. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in the culinary field will be highly regarded.
