Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to established standards and recipes Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with care Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring the restaurant remains tidy and welcoming at all times Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and minimize wait times Support team members with food preparation, stocking supplies, and other duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants will help you excel in this role Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations are important for accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is highly valued Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for delivering excellent customer service Prior restaurant or retail experience can provide a solid foundation for success in this energetic role Join us today to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference! Pay:
