Duties Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure timely service Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards Support the serving team by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring smooth guest flow Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions Handle food safely by adhering to proper storage, handling procedures, and sanitation protocols Contribute to banquet setups and catering events with efficient food prep and presentation Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and deliver exceptional guest services Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen operations enhances performance Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus Prior banquet or catering experience is advantageous for supporting large-scale events Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role Hotel or hospitality industry experience can provide valuable insight into guest interactions and service standards Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding culinary experiences!
