Key Responsibilities Craft smooth, flavorful ice cream batches by mixing ingredients accurately according to recipes Operate and maintain production equipment such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, freezers, and packaging machinery Support general kitchen operations, including prep work, cleaning, and organizing ingredients Follow HACCP and CGMP standards to ensure food safety and sanitation at all times Monitor product quality throughout production and adjust processes to maintain ideal texture and flavor Assist with sanitation procedures to keep the kitchen and production areas clean and compliant Package finished products using proper materials, ensuring accurate labeling and secure sealing Requirements Experience in food processing, kitchen work, or manufacturing is preferred but not required Strong willingness to learn and follow established procedures Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety standards is highly desirable Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to maintaining a clean, efficient workspace Enjoy working in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and fun environment Benefits Employee discount on products
