Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House (FOH) Team Members to join our vibrant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every customer enjoys their visit. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Bamburger and help maintain our standard of exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers as they enter, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Assist customers with self-service kiosks and provide menu recommendations when needed. Deliver orders from the kitchen to guest tables promptly and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and bathrooms. Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and operational procedures. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Familiarity with retail math concepts for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Proficiency in using POS systems; experience with Toast POS is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
