Monitor food presentation and quality before it leaves the kitchen. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations. Assist in the organization of kitchen operations during peak hours. Support banquet services by managing large orders and special requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expediting area. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or hotel environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Strong communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
