In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and service areas. You will work closely with others to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the back of house environment. This position is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. Duties Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of cooks and kitchen managers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations. Ensure proper storage of food items according to health and safety regulations. Support dishwashing duties to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with others to ensure timely service during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting. Knowledge of food safety practices is required. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Weekend availability is required.
