Job Overview We are seeking reliable, motivated Kitchen Staff to join our team. This role is responsible for meal preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, following recipes, and supporting overall kitchen operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines. Assist in menu planning to accommodate various dietary restrictions and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety standards. Handle food items safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures. Support food preparation activities such as chopping, cooking, plating, and portioning. Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained in good working order and report any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient food service while fostering a positive work environment. Follow all health regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe kitchen environment for staff and clients. Qualifications Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred Ability to follow recipes and directions accurately Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Preferred Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service within the food industry. Knowledge food handling procedures. Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
