A&W Crew Member - PT

As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, preparing quality food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This position includes responsibilities in cashiering, cooking, food prep, and general restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Cashiering:

Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru. Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions efficiently. Assemble and package orders quickly and correctly. Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Food Preparation & Cooking:

Prepare A&W menu items following company recipes and quality standards. Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and food warmers. Ensure proper portioning and food presentation. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Restaurant Operations & Maintenance:

Keep the dining area, kitchen, and workstations clean and organized. Restock supplies, ingredients, and condiments as needed. Assist with inventory management and food storage procedures. Follow safety procedures and report any equipment issues. No prior experience necessary - training provided! Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
