Job Description

We're looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and be part of a small, tight-knit team. This role is kitchen-heavy , but it's not just a back-of-house position. You'll help with prep, plating, cleaning, running food, and jumping in wherever the team needs support. It's perfect for someone who's curious about the kitchen world and wants real hands-on experience — without the chaos of a full production kitchen. We operate a refined small-plate kitchen (no hood, no fryers), centered on precision, presentation, and intentional food execution. ⸻ What You'll Be Doing Prepping and plating charcuterie boards and small plates Supporting service flow during busy evenings Running food and assisting guests when needed Keeping prep areas clean and organized Dishes, resets, and general closing duties Being a steady, positive presence during service You'll move between kitchen support and light service responsibilities — so being adaptable is key. ⸻ Who This Is Great For Someone with hospitality, catering, or restaurant experience Fine dining experience is a plus, but not required Someone wanting to break into the kitchen scene A fast learner who takes pride in doing things well Calm under pressure and good with people ⸻ Schedule 20-30 hours per week Must be available weekends Some weekday shifts required Shifts typically start between 2-3pm Shifts typically end between 10pm-12am ⸻ Pay Competitive hourly (DOE) Participation in shared tip pool ⸻ Requirements 21+ Utah Food Handler's Permit Utah Alcohol Server Certification ⸻ 30-Day Probation All new hires complete a 30-day probationary period to make sure it's the right fit on both sides.
